Readiness Checklist

Does your site have the following ready: (We can work directly with your site planners)

• Electrical Power (110 or 220 service) If our quiet inverter generators are needed and allowed, we'll need to be sure we have that ready.

• How far will the trailer be away from the power source?

• Do we have access to place the trailer in it's final location? We must have the ability to back the trailer into the location with a pickup truck and there is ample room to set up at least one hour in advance.

• Is there any overhead height restrictions to placing the trailer in position?

• Is the surface like (flat, grass, gravel, paved, etc.)

• If you are renting out party tent, is there a designated location and space to set up? Will need 22' x 13' space available with at least 11' overhead clearance.

• The drink menu should be finalized

• Has the alcohol been ordered and paid for?

• Will Grayced Moments be picking up the supplies on your behalf?

• Do you have a final count for guests in case any adjustments need to be made to quantities for your event or extra bar tenders if applicable?

• Are arrangements in place for returning kegs and if allowable, unopened alcohol?

If rain or inclement weather is expected, have we accounted for minimizing impact to your event? Grayced Moments has a covered tent and limited chairs/tables for rent to provide additional cover and seating around the bar area for a nominal fee. We will have discussed this in advance but this it the time to look at the one week weather forecast to make adjustments.

Any changes that may impact our set up or service to your event that we need to be aware of. Things happen and we understand that. Planning as far in advance gives Grayced Moments time to make final adjustments so you don't have to worry about anything other than enjoying your event.
